Hi-res Monaco 2004

Here at last from Caelen is a hi-res Monaco 2004 track, it comes in two parts. What you need is Wad Updater, this can be found on the 'Other' page, just find the folder with the track files in, and put them in your monaco2001.wad! You need the two parts below!
